Usage
Interactive mode
Running animfetch with no flag - the pinned fetch with its own prompt, and its keys.
With no mode flag, animfetch pins the fetch at the top and runs its own prompt below it. Your commands run, and their output scrolls in the region under the fetch.
sh
animfetchThis is a launcher with a prompt, not a shell. There are no aliases, no history
and no completion. cd and exit are handled internally; everything else runs
under $SHELL -c.
If you want the fetch above your real shell, use --pin.
Keys#
| Key | Action |
|---|---|
<text> Enter | Run the command, output appears below the fetch |
Ctrl-C | Interrupt a running command; at an idle prompt, quit |
Esc | Quit |
Ctrl-D | Quit, when the line is empty |
Ctrl-U | Clear the line |
Ctrl-W | Delete the last word |
Live rows#
Interactive mode honours live: with it on, uptime, memory,
swap and disk keep updating, and pause while a full-screen program such as
vim has the terminal.
